Many would believe that vampires are immortals. But they do not really exists.
Maybe you may look at it from the medical point of views, that is, Blood Transfusion. Blood transfusion may sometimes prolong life but to what extent?
Blood suckers such as mosquitoes and leeches don't survive longer that human does.
